Meditation
Tips for Beginners
1.Time and Place
First, find out the
right time and the right place.
Time
and place are important.
Both
of them should come together. If you find the right time, but it is not the
right place, it can collapse your meditation. For example, you prefer to
meditate at 6 p.m. in the living room, but your sister also uses that room for
her singing practice.
